Terms & Conditions
- Account Registration: To apply for a wholesale account, you must complete the registration form provided. All information provided must be accurate and current. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
- Approval Process: Your wholesale account application will undergo a review process. Approval or rejection of your application will be communicated to you via the contact information provided during registration.
- Pricing: Wholesale pricing is provided exclusively to approved wholesale customers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Order Process: Once your account is open, you can place orders via your personal portal. Payment is not taken at the point of order submission. We will invoice you via QuickBooks once we receive your order.
- Payment Terms: All orders operate on a proforma basis. Payment must be made in advance of your order being shipped.
- Minimum Orders: There is a minimum order of £100, excluding delivery.
- Lead Time: Lead times vary as busy periods arise throughout the year. Our standard lead time is 14 days, plus time in transit with the courier. In busier periods, such as the run up to Christmas, this may increase. The current lead time will always be displayed on the order page. Please note orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.
- Delivery: Delivery is charged at a flat fee of £10 with carriage paid at £200. Deliveries are made by a courier company on a 1-2 day service which is fully tracked. You are also welcome to collect from the bakery.
- Returns and Refunds: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Samples: Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of requests we are unable to facilitate free samples. We kindly ask that you place an order on our retail website for the products you'd like to try. We will then deduct the cost of the purchased packets from your first wholesale order. In the "Add a Note" section at checkout, pop a note here to let us know you're ordering samples for wholesale.
- Email Marketing: By creating a wholesale account you will automatically be opted in to our email marketing for wholesale partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you prefer not to be part of these marketing communcations, please contact us.
- Termination of Account: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your wholesale account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms and conditions, or for any other reason deemed necessary by us.
- Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other means of communication with you.
